1. General Policy

At CS BD (Computer School Bangladesh), our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction for every learner and customer.
We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy that applies to both digital and physical products, as well as our online and offline training programs.


2. Course Refund Policy

🧑‍💻 Online & Offline Courses

  • If a student completes the full course but is not satisfied with the training, we offer a “No-Questions-Asked Full Refund.”
  • To be eligible for this refund, the student must have:
    ✅ Completed all assigned modules and submitted all assignments on time.
    ✅ Attended the required number of classes (if applicable).
  • Refunds must be claimed within 7–10 working days of course completion.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used via SSLCOMMERZ.

⚠️ Refund Not Applicable

  • If the student has not completed all assignments or skipped sessions.
  • If more than 10 working days have passed after course completion.

3. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Digital Licenses)

  • For digital products, such as downloadable themes, plugins, or digital licenses —
    no refund or exchange is available once the product has been delivered or license activated.
  • This rule follows the global digital product policy since digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed.

4. Physical Products (e.g., PC, Laptop, Hardware)

  • For physical products sold via our platform:
    • The brand/company warranty will apply as per the manufacturer’s terms.
    • Damage caused by misuse, fall, or burns is not covered by warranty.
  • If a customer does not receive delivery within 3–5 working days, CS BD will issue a 100% refund through the same payment channel (SSLCOMMERZ).

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
  • Refunds are always made using the same payment method originally used by the customer.

7. Additional Notes

  • Refund policies apply only for payments made through https://csbskillcenter.com using SSLCOMMERZ.
  • Refunds requested via third-party sellers or agents will not be accepted.
  • All customers must agree to this policy before making any purchase.
